- I have the right to refuse any order.- You must provide a clear reference. Description reference is not allowed (unless you want a custom commission).- Payment is through Paypal, in USD.- I will send a Paypal invoice if i have accepted to take your order.- Commission can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and remaining 50% after sketch aproval.- The time it could take for me to finish your commission varies from 1 week to 3 months. If im not done after said time please contact me to ask for a refund or see if you would wish to wait longer after checking my advancement.- Once the piece is finished, you will receive the full-resolution file in PNG format. Note that there is no physical product.- I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.- I may showcase the artwork on social media, portafolio, etc.- I will not claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.- You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.- You may not make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.).- For commercial use, we may discuss about the terms of service. The commercial rights to the image shall be purchased.- The client is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission.- If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.- If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me again.
